Agreement

By using Juice Factory AI inference services, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

Juice Factory provides:

• AI inference API (OpenAI-compatible)
• Dedicated GPU infrastructure in the EU
• Private, GDPR-compliant processing

Acceptable Use

You may use our service for:

• Business applications
• Development and testing
• Production workloads

You may not use our service for:

• Illegal activities
• Generating harmful content
• Attempts to bypass security measures
• Excessive resource consumption beyond agreed limits

Data Ownership

• You retain all rights to your input data
• You own the output generated from your prompts
• We do not claim rights to your content

Service Availability

• We aim for 99.9% uptime SLA (Enterprise plans)
• Scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• We are not liable for force majeure events

Pricing and Billing

• Usage-based pricing per token
• Monthly billing cycle
• No hidden fees

Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. You are responsible for final invoice payment.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes resolved in Swedish courts.

Changes to Terms

We will notify customers 30 days before any material changes to these terms.
