Juice Factory provides private AI inference infrastructure in Europe. Your privacy is fundamental to our service.
Data Processing
- No training on customer data: We never use your prompts or responses to train AI models
- Stateless computation: Inference runs as stateless operations in RAM only
- No content logging: By default, we do not store prompt or response texts
- Metadata only: We log technical metadata (customer ID, model, tokens, response time) for billing and operations
Data Location
- All processing occurs within the EU
- No data transfer outside Europe
- GDPR-compliant infrastructure
Optional Content Logging
For debugging or quality purposes, you may enable content logging with automatic deletion after an agreed retention period (typically 7-30 days).
Security
- End-to-end encryption for data in transit
- Encrypted storage for any temporary data
- Isolated environments per customer
- Regular security audits
